Highlighting formula: Lumishine Permanent Color 3/4oz 7NC + ¼ oz 7CC + 20 volume LumiShine Developer
Glaze formula: LumiShine Demi Permanent Liqud ¾ oz CLEAR + LumiShine Demi Permanent Liquid ¼ oz 7NC + 5 volume LumiShine developer. Process for 20 minutes at room temperature.
